BioChela Pillow
Oil absorbent pillows for use in interceptors and drainage culverts.
BioChela Pillows are made of oil attracting fibres that use biotechnology to break down absorbed oil to carbon dioxide and water.
When placed in interceptors and drainage culverts will absorb oil from oily water as well as oil from the occasional spillage. When wet, bacteria are activated so that they break down oil, diesel and similar contaminants. They will last between a few weeks to a few months, depending upon the degree of contamination.

For flow rates of less than 1000 Litres per Hour:
Install after the interceptor has been emptied.
Place 2 BioChela Pillows in the last but one chamber and 1 in the last chamber.
Replace every 4-6 months, depending on the degree of contamination.
